It is ordered partly from original jewel filter media with cardboard - The filter wool and the nitrate remover, and from qualitatively equivalent filter sponges without packaging. We are referring to this by a very enthusiastic German manufacturer, who also produces sponges for many other aquaristic producer companies. So nix cheap China import. Such a blue filter sponge is not a big secret, they have been used for decades for Hamburg mats, internal filters and external filters.
